Refund policy

EXCHANGES/RETURNS FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN EUROPE
Pack and return both the items and the packaging in the same condition as you received them: undamaged, clean, and with tags and/or original packaging intact. If you purchased during a promotion and received a gift, this must also be returned. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges and returns sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted. You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it.

Pack and return both the items and the packaging in the same condition as you received them: undamaged, clean, and with tags and/or original packaging intact. If you purchased during a promotion and received a gift, this must also be returned. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Exchanges and returns sent as cash on delivery will not be accepted. You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it.

  1. Pack the items for return and book your own return shipment. Send to the following address:

  2. Returns are normally processed within 2–3 business days after we receive the return package. Your refund will be issued as soon as the return has been processed. Please note that it may take 1–3 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. If you wish to exchange for a different size, please place a new order.
