Returns & Exchanges
Right to return and exchange: You have a 14-day right to return and exchange from the day you received your order. Once we have received and approved the return, you will receive a refund or exchange as requested.
How long does a return take?
Once we have received your return package, the return is usually processed within 2–3 business days.
When the return is approved, the refund is made immediately. Please note that it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
